What This Policy Covers

Launch Desk is run by one person, Marc Bravo. This page says what information I receive when you visit this site, email me or have a website checked, and what I do with it. I do not sell information to anyone, and I do not share it for advertising. If this page changes, the date above changes with it, and anyone with a check in progress gets an email about the change.

What I Collect

I collect only what I need to reply to you and to do the work.

  • If you email me: your name, your email address and whatever you write.
  • If you have a site checked: the site address, what I see on its pages, screenshots of what I find, and the names and email addresses of the people you ask me to send the report to. On agency work this also covers the staging link, the logins you give me and the approved design.
  • If you pay: your name, the amount and the date. PayPal or the bank handles the payment. I never see or store a card number.
  • If I emailed you first: I found your name and email address published on your own website or business listing. I looked only at pages anyone can open.

How I Use It

I use it to reply to you, check the site, write the report and send the invoice. The report goes to you and to the people you name, and to nobody else.

I run every check myself, with a testing process I built. That process uses software and an AI assistant to open pages, run checks and help draft the report. I confirm every finding on the page myself before it goes into a report.

A few companies handle information for me so that I can work: Google for email and documents, Cloudflare to host this site, PayPal and Wise for payments, and Anthropic for the AI assistant. Each one works under its own privacy terms, and I give them only what the job needs.

Test Messages Sent Through Your Forms

With your yes, I send each form once as a test, and every test says that it is a test. You tell me whether it arrived. On a site that takes health details, such as a dental practice or a med spa, I send nothing. The report shows you how to send one test yourself and what to look for when it arrives.

I do not ask for customer or patient records and I do not need them. If a page shows me someone else's personal details by mistake, I report the page and I do not copy the details.

How Long I Keep It

Reports, screenshots and the emails about a job are kept for 12 months after the report is sent, then deleted. Logins are deleted when the job is signed off. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax rules require. If you tell me not to write again, I keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so that I do not, and I keep nothing else.

Cookies and Tracking

This site sets no cookies. It has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts, and no other company collects information about you across websites through it. Nothing is tracked, so nothing changes when your browser sends a "do not track" signal. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, handles technical details such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure. My emails are plain text, with no tracking of opens or clicks.

Your Choices

Email me to see what I hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted sooner. I will do it and tell you when it is done. Invoice records are the one thing I have to keep. If I emailed you first and you would rather I did not, reply "no thanks" and I will not write again.
